The process of pick-up service:
- You will receive an email with docs within 24h after we receive your order.
- Please print out the docs we sent and prepare the parcel. (Please ONLY use an envelope or a small parcel to avoid significant freight)
- Contact Fedex to reserve pick-up time, or wait for Fedex to contact. They usually will contact you in 1-2 work days.
If you buy this service, we’ll offer you:
- Pick up your hair sample and template by FedEx, from the comfort of your home!
- A Lordhair Specialist will help you to match your hair color and measure your base size (we’ll inform you of your result by email 3 working days after we receive your package) So that you know exactly what color and size hair system you need. We will assist in your hair system purchase.
