Common Mistakes When Filling In Order Forms

After receiving order forms from customers, we always go through every detail. If there is any specification we think might be incorrect, we will let the customer know and give him or her some suggestions.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND:

       1. Scallop cannot be made on THE front while you have one of the following requirements on the front.

        -French/Swiss lace frontal

        -Silicon base

        -Folded edge on front

        -Under hair

       2. Knots on some base materials cannot be bleached.

        -Small hole net/mono like super fine mono, silk mono

        -Poly and PU coating

        -Integration Unit

       3. Every base material has a maximum density limit, not all materials can withstand heavy density.

        -Ultra thin skin: maximum density limit is Light-Medium.

        -Swiss lace: maximum density limit is Light-Medium.

        -Silk mono: maximum density limit is Medium.

        -Super fine mono: maximum density limit is Medium-Heavy.

        -French lace: maximum density limit is Medium-Heavy.

        -Super thin skin: maximum density limit is Medium-Heavy.

        -Super thin skin injected: maximum density limit is Medium-Heavy.
