1. Is there a minimum subscription term? Can I cancel anytime?
There is no minimum term. You may cancel anytime through your Account > Subscription page.
2. Which products are available for subscription?
The subscription program is currently available for men's in-stock hair systems.
3. Are subscription orders discounted?
Yes. Your first subscription order receives a 12.5% discount, and every recurring order receives a 10% discount compared to one-time purchases.
4. Are there any fees to start or cancel a subscription?
No. There are no fees for starting, modifying, or canceling your subscription.
5. Which payment methods are accepted?
We support Useepay and PayPal for all subscription plans.
6. Can I modify my subscription?
Yes. Under Account > Subscription, open your active plan and click Modify. You may: · Change your color anytime · Change your model or add haircut services once per subscription cycle
7. Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can skip any cycle from your Subscription page. If you skip before your next charge date, we'll simply move your shipment to the following cycle. Example: Monthly subscription starting Jan 1. Skip before Feb 1 = next delivery moves to March 1.
8. Can I return a subscription order?
Yes. Subscription orders follow the same return policy as regular purchases.
9. How do I know when my next shipment is coming?
Before every shipment, we will send an email 3-7 business days in advance so you can review or modify your order. If no changes are made, we will ship your system on the scheduled date.
10. Do I get the 12.5% discount again if I cancel and restart my subscription?
No. The 12.5% discount applies only to your initial subscription's first order. Re-subscribing later with the same account does not re-activate the introductory discount.
