A Lordhair subscription is a special service designed to make hair replacement easier and more seamless for our customers. Unlike a one-time purchase, subscribing allows you to authorize Lordhair to charge your payment method automatically, and we'll take care of the rest — sending your chosen hair system to you based on your selected billing frequency. No more manual reordering, and no more worrying about running out of hair systems when you need them most. Lordhair handles everything, so you're always covered.

2. What does the subscription process look like?

Simply visit the product page and select your preferred color, size, and other specifications as usual, then choose the "Subscribe" option before checking out. Once your order is placed, your active subscription will appear in the "Subscription" section of your account dashboard, where you can view your next scheduled billing date and manage your subscription details.

3. What does "Every XX Months" mean in the subscription options?

This refers to how often Lordhair will automatically process your payment and ship your product. For example, if you select "Every 1 Month," Lordhair will automatically charge your payment method and dispatch your order one month from today. This cycle continues indefinitely until you choose to cancel your subscription.

4. What discounts can I enjoy with a subscription?

New subscribers will enjoy 12.5% off the regular price on the first hair system in their very first subscription order. Please note this introductory discount applies to the first subscribed item of your first-ever subscription only — any additional subscriptions started afterward will begin at the standard subscriber rate. From your second billing cycle onward, you'll continue to enjoy 10% off every automatic order for as long as you remain subscribed.

5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You're always in control. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees whatsoever.

6. Can subscribed products be combined with Club discounts or promotional activities?

Subscribed products enjoy a 10% discount on every order (or 12.5% off on the first item of your very first subscription).
Please note that the subscription discount cannot be combined or stacked with any Club membership discounts. Additionally, subscription orders do not count toward your Club purchase history or progress.
Subscribed products are also excluded from all promotional campaigns and limited-time offers.

7. Is there a minimum subscription term? Can I cancel anytime?

There is no minimum term. You may cancel anytime through your Account > Subscription page.

8. Are there any fees to start or cancel a subscription?

No. There are no fees for starting, modifying, or canceling your subscription.

9. Which payment methods are accepted?

We support Credit Card and PayPal for all subscription plans.

10. Can I modify my subscription?

Yes. Go to Account > Subscription open your active plan, and click Edit. Please note that only one modification is allowed per order.

11. Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You can skip any cycle from your Subscription page. If you skip before your next charge date, we'll simply move your billing date to the following cycle. Example: Monthly subscription starting Jan 1. Skip before Feb 1 = next billing date moves to March 1.

12. Can I return a subscription order?

Yes. Subscription orders follow the same return policy as regular purchases.

13. How do I know when my next shipment is coming?

Before every shipment, we will send an email 3-7 business days in advance so you can review or modify your order. If no changes are made, we will ship your system on the scheduled date.

14. Do I get the 12.5% discount again if I cancel and restart my subscription?

No. The 12.5% discount applies only to your initial subscription's first order. Re-subscribing later with the same account does not re-activate the introductory discount.
