We will organise for a courier to pick up the product in its original box from your home to make this even easier for you.

30-Day Refund Policy
What Is It?
It does not matter if this is your first purchase or if you’re a regular customer, all orders are subject to a hassle-free 30-Day manufacturing and quality guarantee. Even if there is no issue with the product, you are able to return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
There are a few different return criteria that your order could fall under. To find out, simply contact our custom support team or your 1-1 representative. Once we have received your returned product and confirmed it has met this benchmark, you can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days.

How Does It Work?

But it is very important that you do not alter the system before checking you’re 100% satisfied with the product. This includes cutting, styling, colouring, washing or adding adhesive to the system. If any of this is done it will affect the amount of refund you’re entitled to.

Free Shipping
What Is It?
We offer complimentary shipping on all hair system orders, that means absolutely no hidden fees. Free shipping is offered to almost every country in the world (excluding Russia, Iran & Iraq). This even includes discounted hair systems.
You may incur a customs fee when goods are shipped into your country. This fee is decided upon by your country's tariff systems which means the fees vary country to country. Due to this, and the fees not being set by us, this will not be included in your total cost. Customs fees are payable to the courier, they will contact you if this is necessary.
Why?
Hair systems can be expensive especially if you’re looking to purchase a new system regularly. This is why we try to make your orders as affordable as possible by offering free shipping.
How Does It Work?
Free shipping is available on orders containing at least one hair system. Simply select your products, add them to your cart, checkout and we will organise delivery to your door at no extra charge.
