Liability

5.1. The sender shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the recipient's use or reliance on the information contained in the EDM.

5.2. The sender shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from any technical issues or errors in the delivery or receipt of the EDM.

Termination

6.1. The recipient may terminate their subscription to the EDM at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the EDM.

6.2. The sender may terminate the subscription of any recipient who violates these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sender is located.

7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the sender is located.
