In the light of the principle “For a Better You” and the spirit of trustworthiness and responsibility. Our Lordhair team would like to share with you the measures taken in response to Covid-19, our operation status and your order status.

With the virus continuously spreading all over the world, our production capacity level has been greatly undermined in accordance with the government’s measures facilitating quarantine. That is why it is taking longer than expected amount of time for us to finish producing and ship out your order. We feel so sorry for the delay as another victim of the virus because we deeply understand how much your hair system means to you. Thus, we feel the need to shed light on what exactly has been going on in various aspects.

    Having been keeping an eye on the government news and releases, for orders that are in the production stage, we will start producing with free rush service and expedited shipping for delivery on the premise of top quality and accuracy as soon as the government allows.
